All products are shipped FOB from our CA warehouse. Shipping charges are based on the products in your order and method of shipping. We ship products by most UPS service options or USPS Priority or Express Mail. All orders are insured when available. Domestic USPS orders are insured up to $5,000. International USPS orders are insured up to the maximum allowed for the destination. Insurance is not available for some locations. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours.
Please thoroughly inspect your package before signing for your delivery. If your package arrives damaged do not accept. Also as soon as it arrives inspect your content to insure all items are present and have not been damaged in shipment. If damage has occurred to the product inside keep all shipping material and products and notify us within 3 days. A claim will be filed and the carrier may elect to send an inspector to view the damage prior to approving the claim.
