At 44/20 we want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase you make with us. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately by email or phone so that we can do everything possible to resolve the issue for you. We will refund in full for the merchandise that is returned unopened in its original box or packaging within 30 days; open box with merchandise in its original condition is subject to a 20% repacking/handling fee. No refunds will be issued for damaged products. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days. Used merchandise will be addressed under warranty. All exchanges, repairs and replacements are shipped via ground service. Air services are available at an additional cost.
